We’re an online-only store, so there’s no shopfront to drop into — just order online and we’ll get your gear sorted and on its way.

Will I get a tracking number for my order?
Yep! Once your order has been shipped, you’ll receive an email with your tracking details so you can keep an eye on your Tradie Swag as it makes its way to you.
Just keep an eye on your inbox (and your junk folder, just in case).
Order placed. Tee made. Tracking sent. Now comes the hard part — waiting for the postie. 📦
What materials are your products made from?
Our T-shirts are made using high quality, comfortable fabrics selected for everyday wear.
Most of our range is made from soft cotton or cotton-blend materials, depending on the particular tee.
For the exact fabric composition, check the product details on the individual product page — we’ll let you know exactly what you’re getting.

Shipping
We print every T-shirt to order, then get it packed and on its way to you as quickly as possible.
Australia
📦 Delivery: 2 – 7 business days
International
📦 Delivery: 6 – 15 business days
A few things to know
- Shipping times are estimates and can vary during busy periods.
- Your order will be sent once your tee has been made and is ready to go.
- Once your order leaves us, delivery times are in the hands of the carrier.
- Tracking details will be provided when available.
- Delays caused by carriers, customs or other things outside our control aren't something we can guarantee against.

Faulty, Damaged items
Received a tee that's faulty, damaged, defective or just plain wrong?
No worries Don't stress. If we've made the mistake, we'll fix it.
Send us your order number and a couple of clear photos showing the problem. We'll sort it out with you and arrange a replacement or refund.
If the item needs to be sent back, we'll cover the return delivery cost.

- A couple of clear photos
- Photos of the packaging if it arrived damaged
We'll take it from there.
Wrong Size or Wrong Colour?
Our tees are made to order, so if you order the wrong size or choose the wrong colour no worries you have 30 days to exchange it.
The tee must be unworn, unwashed and in its original condition, and you just have to cover the $15 return delivery fee.
So check the size guide before ordering — measure twice, order once.
